Damian McKenzie should absolutely be the first player you sign once you've jumped onto the game. Watch out though, he's not starting this week!

For more information on what the numbers on the player cards mean, take a look at this.

There are few players who guarantee a spot in your side, and there are fewer still that you might carry through an entire season just waiting for them to be available. The golden boy of fantasy rugby is without a doubt Damian McKenzie.

Last season's top points scorer, with a meteoric 39.68 points per game, McKenzie was on everyone's team sheet by the tournament had drawn to a close.

67.01 metres per game, 62 defenders beaten and 24 clean breaks was complimented by five tries and eight assists.

Add to that points from kicking, and you would be hard pressed not to have the C and K next to his name.

He's out for the first game though, so the question is, do you carry him through that fixture, or focus your effort elsewhere? The Scout thinks he's worth it, but do you?
